Choosing an image or video previews it on your device. Camera access starts only after you choose Use camera and approve the browser permission. Recording has a 30-second limit. Create GIF and Animate image run entirely in this browser: frames are drawn here and encoded here. Nothing is uploaded for conversion.

Image motion moves the whole picture. It cannot generate gestures or animate individual subjects. Pan and float preserve source pixels at original size. Zoom, rotation, and an explicitly selected resize resample them. Every GIF repeats continuously, uses at most 256 colors, and one transparency level.

An installed copy can work offline after the studio has loaded once. The optional conversion API in this repository is not used by the studio. The GPUI settings panel runs in your browser. If GPU rendering is unavailable, the custom values controls remain usable.

Camera capture needs a secure page (HTTPS or localhost), including when the studio is installed. Do not record media you are not comfortable keeping on this device.
