- Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address provided through our web forms or in-person intake.
- Service details: Descriptions of equipment, issues, preferred service type, appointment preferences, and any details you voluntarily include in your inquiry.
- Contractor onboarding information: Project specialization, relevant qualifications, payment cadence selection, PPE or equipment selection, acknowledgements, and electronic signature record.
- Communication records: Records of emails or SMS messages exchanged in connection with your service request.
- Basic usage data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL) collected automatically when you visit our website.
We do not collect payment card numbers directly through our website. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising cookies, or third-party analytics platforms.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide and communicate about our equipment services and administer contracted project work:
- Processing and responding to service inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Sending service status updates and job completion notices
- Sending SMS messages you have consented to receive (see Section 5)
- Maintaining records required for business operations and Ohio tax compliance
- Reviewing contractor eligibility, project assignments, payment selections, equipment obligations, and onboarding acknowledgements
- Improving our service quality based on your feedback
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Period.
We may share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service delivery: Website and secure form hosting (Netlify), email delivery (EmailJS), and SMS delivery (Twilio) providers who process information on our behalf under their applicable privacy and security terms.
- Legal requirements: If required by applicable law, court order, or lawful government request.
- Business transfer: If ZMAC is acquired or merges with another entity, we will notify you before your information is transferred.
5. SMS Messaging
To stop receiving SMS messages from us at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP or contact us at 3zmachinery@gmail.com.
Your phone number will not be used for any purpose other than service communication related to your inquiry or active service job. We do not use your phone number for marketing, promotions, or affiliate programs.

6. Data Retention
We retain contact, service, and contractor onboarding information for as long as needed to administer the applicable service or contract and afterward as reasonably necessary for accounting, warranty, dispute, and legal record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion at any time, subject to records we are legally or contractually required to retain (see Section 8).
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access-controlled form records, input limits, spam filtering, and browser security controls. Contractor intake drafts remain only in the current browser session and are cleared after successful submission. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us at any time to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Opt out of SMS communications (reply STOP to any message)

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. ZMAC operates in Franklin County, Ohio, and complies with applicable Ohio privacy and consumer protection laws.
