Program Summary
1. Program Description
ZMachinery LLC ("ZMAC") sends service-related SMS messages to customers who have consented to receive them. Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and scheduling reminders
- Equipment service and repair status updates
- Intake questions needed to prepare for a service visit (e.g., equipment model, serial number, location details)
- Job completion notifications and pickup scheduling
- Confirmation reference numbers (ZMAC-XXXXXX format)
ZMAC does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. Messages are transactional and operational only.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from ZMAC by taking one of the following actions:
- Web form: Submitting the service inquiry form at zmachinery.com/#inquiry with your phone number and agreeing to the SMS disclosure displayed on the form.
- In-person intake: Providing your phone number and written or verbal consent during an on-site equipment pickup or in-shop service intake.
- Text keyword: Texting the keyword ZMAC to our service number to subscribe to service-related messages.
We will not send you SMS messages without your explicit consent.
3. How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from ZMAC. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-consent.
To opt back in, reply START to any previous ZMAC message or re-submit the inquiry form.

Text ZMAC to our service number to subscribe. Replying STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END will remove you from all ZMAC SMS messages. Replying START will re-enable messages.
6. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates charged by your carrier may apply to SMS messages sent and received. ZMAC does not charge any fee for its SMS communications. Contact your mobile carrier for rate details.
7. Supported Carriers
ZMAC SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile (including Sprint), and others. Carrier support for SMS programs may vary. ZMAC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier limitations.
8. Privacy
Your phone number is used only for service communication related to your equipment inquiry or active job. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
9. Changes to These Terms
ZMAC may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms at zmachinery.com/sms-terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of our SMS service constitutes acceptance.
